In 2010 Derik Bernhardt established Naturescape Lawn & Landscape, LLC. Derik began landscaping in 2000 after graduating from Commercial Horticulture at Salina Area Technical College. This led to a deeper interest in landscape design and became his new career path. Derik has 23 years experience in many aspects of the industry. He has worked at landscape design companies, retail garden centers, and wholesale nursery growers. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities of each individual landscape and turning them into something beautiful for the customer to enjoy for years to come. He is a member of the Kansas Nursery Landscape Association, attends trade shows, seminars, and receives many of the industry publications to keep up to date with new trends and products to make the best choices for your landscape needs.
